Accessibility statement
We want the photo service to work for as many people as possible.
We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA. The website supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, labelled controls, responsive text and reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Understanding whether a passport image is suitable is inherently visual. Automated descriptions and issue messages help, but a user who cannot assess the preview may need assistance from someone they trust. Some errors returned by the image processor may not yet be as specific as we would like.

If you cannot use any part of the service, email support@passportphotocode.com. Tell us the page and the assistive technology or browser you use; do not attach a passport photo unless we request it through a secure support process.
